Demonstrate Integrity Through Gratitude

Revive, Refuse, Rely

In the March issue of Guide for Spiritual Living: Science of Mind magazine, writer Kathy Juline, RScp, offers three ways in which we can realize our oneness with God. She writes, “We can choose to revive our understanding of who we truly are, we can choose to refuse to be daunted or defeated, and we can choose to rely on our inner guidance in taking positive actions toward revealing wholeness.”

Juline offers these insights into these three choices:

1. “Reviving a sense of who we are,” she writes, “means recognizing the divine presence at the center of all that exists.”
2. “The next choice we can make — to refuse to let difficulties daunt or defeat us — strengthens within us our sense that we are one with the infinite power of Spirit. Seeing beyond appearances of limitation, we claim and affirm wholeness as our truth.”
3. The third choice — to rely on our inner wisdom — means that we “turn to the Knower within and wait in the silence for guidance,” she says. “We accept that the answers we need exist in the One Mind, of which we are a part, and we listen for the answers.”

Finally, Juline offers a prayer of affirmation: “All life is one with Spirit, so also are all people everywhere. Accepting my divine nature, I enter into partnership with the peace, harmony, love and wholeness that are the essence of Spirit of all. A sense of calm permeates my being. I have faith in the goodness of life. The power of Spirit brings healing and well-being to me and to all, at all times.”

Balance, Timing, Integration
