Elizabeth Gilbert's Big Magic
Elizabeth Gilbert wants you to understand something about yourself that can change your life: YOU are a creative genius. Yes, you. In her typical laid-back, gentle and humorous style, she offers ways to access your genius in the cover story in our November issue. PLUS: Liz's 3 spiritual practices. The November issue is available now at Barnes & Noble next to Prevention and Reader's Digest.

The Interfaith Lovefest That is Changing Our World
Imagine a world where people everywhere came to know and care for their neighbor. That was the vision of the 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions that met Oct. 15 - 19 in Salt Lake City.
Every major faith path was represented at the Parliament - New Thought, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Indigenous Communities, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Zoroastrians and more. They broke bread together and shared stories, discovering their common humanity and belief: many paths; one God.
The message from every speaker - from Dr. Jane Goodall, His Holiness the Dalia Lama (who spoke in a recorded message due to health concerns), Michael Bernard Beckwith to our own spiritual leader Dr. Kenn Gordon - was the same: The faith communities must take strong and immediate action to end the cycle of poverty, hunger, violence and climate change. We must have compassion for one another.
