“No matter where you’re from, your dreams are valid.”
Since winning the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 12 Years a Slave on Sunday, Lupita Nyong’o is being celebrated for showing the world that nothing has to hold you back from the life you came here to live. May Nyong’o’s win inspire each of us to remember that when we believe, we can achieve, and that the Universe itself is conspiring for our greatness. |

Love & Gratitude Lead the Way for Positive Change
Positive thinking is an important step to creating a life you love, but it may not be enough, according to psychologist Dr. Marc Schoen in the March issue of Science of Mind. In the article, “Healing Our Lives, Overcoming Our Fears," Schoen says in addition to repeating affirmations, we must connect with feelings of gratitude and joy. Focusing on these positive feelings helps us open to the power of greater good in our lives, he says. Dr. Ernest Holmes often talked about the importance of embodying our prayers and affirmations with strong, positive emotions. How wonderful that almost 100 years later, science is proving Holmes right. |

No Limit to Thoughts
Ernest Holmes
When we think, something happens to thought. The field through which thought operates is Infinite. There is no reason to doubt it. No matter how it is approached, to thought there can be no limit, so we shall say that it is the nature of Being to react in this way. Here and now, we are surrounded by, and immersed in, an Infinite Good. How much of this Infinite Good is ours? ALL OF IT! And how much of it may we have to use? As much of it as we can embody!
