God Lives in Me
Ernest Holmes
All life is one life. Just as every physical substance derives from one universal energy, so there is but one life principle, which is God, in which we all live and from which infinite source our lives are drawn. If this life is everywhere present, it is also within us.
To say that the life of God is the only life there is means that our life is not only in God and of God and from God—it is God, in and through us. If this were not true, we would have a life separate from God, which would be impossible. We must no longer deny that which we should affirm.
The life of God is my life now. In God, I live and move and have my being, and God lives in me and moves through me.
I deny that there is any life separate from God and affirm that every organ, action, and function of my physical body is animated by the divine life which created and sustains it. It is this life that is circulating through me now with perfect rhythm, revitalizing every function.
I am one with the whole, therefore I say to my mind: “You are to live and think and feel this truth until it is spontaneous and natural. And when you say, ‘God is my life,’ you are to know that the entire life of the divine presence is flowing through you.”

What Is Your Archetypal Pattern?
Archetypal patterns awaken in us our own divine potential. They can liberate us from the limitations of our thoughts and feelings.
—Caroline Myss
Caroline Myss is a pioneer in educating the public on the field of energy medicine and human consciousness. Her latest work explores archetypes as the driving forces in our lives. In “What’s Love Got to Do with It?” (Pamela Bloom, May Science of Mind), Myss explains, “Everything about us is connecting to—is in dialogue with—our archetypal world.” Myss believes that understanding your archetype and how you fill it is the key to personal power.
Which archetypes do you really have? What are the dominant aspects of actions, consciousness, emotional patterns, thought patterns, and so forth? Are you also paying attention to the Shadow side of each archetype or just the alluring qualities?

What Is New Thought?
A Documentary by Jon Miller
Jon Miller did not find New Thought in a traditional way, if there is such a thing. He did not wander into a center in his darkest hour, and he wasn’t dragged in by a friend or relative. In fact, it was some time before Miller was even aware that there were such communities. A reader of self-help books, Miller sensed a spiritual element in those books that he couldn’t really identify but resonated with. As a singer and songwriter, he found himself writing music that was more and more positively oriented, and he began to be aware of other artists who were also performing positive music. Miller felt himself drawn to those musicians and began to seek them out. This intention led him to meet and develop a friendship with Rev. David Ault, who is considered a trailblazer in New Thought music. From that point, Miller’s music career took a new direction, and he began sharing his “positive music” with many New Thought communities.
Jon Miller also began reading New Thought books and taking classes. He found himself drawn to films like The Secret and What the Bleep, developed an interest in spiritually themed movies, and wondered if he could find a movie that told the story of New Thought. A search for such a film led him to the realization that the movie he wanted to see just did not exist. In addition to being a musician, Miller was involved in independent video production, so it was natural that he began to contemplate making such a film himself. The possibility did not leave him alone. Ideas came to him, doors opened, and the documentary was set in motion. The result is a film that not only examines ancient wisdom and the roots of New Thought; it also investigates the powerful impact that New Thought has had on our culture. From Alcoholics Anonymous to the self-help movement, from Hay House to Oprah, New Thought has ignited a new way of thinking.
