3 Brilliant Steps to Create a New Vision for Your Life | ||||||||||||||||||||||
—Dr. Kenn Gordon | ||||||||||||||||||||||
1. Grab a pen and paper and write down everything that made your heart sing when you were younger. Don’t judge, just write for 10 minutes without lifting your pen from the paper. Write even though you think this is silly. Write even though you know you have better things to do. Write even though your heart starts pounding. Just write. Eventually that true part of you that knows exactly what you crave will come forward. 2. Circle two or three things on the list that make you smile when you remember them. Now, narrow the list even more. What is the one thing on there that would make you happy if you were doing it right now? 3. Create an intention to make that a part of your life. Here’s the great news: You don’t have to figure out how to make that happen. The Universe will roll out the steps and make it so. Your only job is to stay focused on what you love. Whether it’s making cupcakes, gardening, traveling to new places or finally learning to dance, all of the Universe will rise up to support you when you have a clear vision. Make a vision board on Pinterest, print it out and keep it where you can see it, put a copy under your pillow. Write your own affirmations around your intention. Do everything you can to embrace your vision. And then, when it manifests, say Yes! Share the new vision you have manifested for your life at edit@ScienceOfMind.com. Put “New Vision” in the subject line. |
